The European Universities Combat Championships 2023 will be held in Zagreb from July 20th to 23rd, and the organizational preparations for this year's largest such student sports event in Europe are in full swing. Over a thousand student athletes from universities all over Europe will compete in karate, judo, kickboxing and taekwondo trough three three competition days, and the event will be made possible thanks to the help of many volunteers.

The organizers are currently in the second phase of applications and conducting initial interviews with volunteers, and applications for all interested sports enthusiasts, primarily students and young people, are open until April 30th.

Volunteers have the opportunity to be part of one of the largest sports events this summer through various teams - sports team, accreditation team, protocol and ceremonies team, information team, transport team, logistics team, media team, and medical team.

Volunteers are provided with equipment, transport, and food, as well as accommodation for those coming from outside Zagreb, while participation in the EUSA Combat 2023 volunteer program provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and knowledge, meet new people from all over Europe, make new friendships and contacts, and develop organizational and communication skills.
